You Do Think The Steem Price Will Rise Again?
As far as i remember, the Steem price has been down since July or August. Do You think the price will rise? What do you think is keeping it so low? Maybe if Steem was on more exchange sites more people would buy/sell Steem? Let me know what you think.

I would like to think that, but honestly, I am not sure.
The NewSteem initiative seems to be a failure in the long term.
More and more people are leaving Steem and the Steem blockchain.
The number of the daily active users is constantly decreasing (dropping/falling).
Nowadays only about 30 000 accounts are active daily, and it is decreasing (dropping/falling). Check the latest report (Daily Steem Stats Report - Saturday, October 26, 2019)from @penguinpablo.
This is no wonder, because you can also see in the statistics that the average number of comments per post is 2-3. The real, human interaction is rare on the Steem blockchain in general. A few dApps are exceptions. For example dPoll.
But you can see my blog for example. I post a blog post with Steemit, Busy, SteemPeak, and I don't even receive any comments. My last two blog posts (this and this) contains 0 comments. And these are not copy-paste articles. These are short, but original content, my own experience about trading on the Steem Engine. Accounts are upvoting, but they are not commenting. They probably have not even read the blog posts.
Many people are focusing only on their own blog posts, they don't care about other people's blog posts.
Not to mention the fact that many of the above mentioned accounts are bots, not real humans. The selfishness and the greed of the people is ruining the user interaction on the Steem blockchain. Nowadays I have 999 followers, but most of them are inactive nowadays. They left Steemit and the Steem blockchain long (months) ago. And many people are in the same (or similar) shoes.
Many people don't (or very rarely) comment under other people's blog posts, and even if they do, they do it, because they want attention, not because they care about the blog post or the author of the blog post. Mostly one or two words (or a short sentence) comment. This leads to hundreds of thousands of disappointed users, who lose interest in (and leave) Steemit and the Steem blockchain.
Mostly this is why the user retention of the Steem blockchain is so bad.
The selfishness and the greed of the people. This will not increase the price of the Steem. More likely the opposite will continue to happen.

Honestly, I think there will always be an ebb and flow. Do I think the value of Steem will go up? Absolutely! Is it soon? Probably not. Things like this take time.

I think, Steem still has some hidden cards in its sleeve. Apart from that, crypto still has a lot of space to cover, a lot people have to join the crypto world, and Steem is one among the well known cryptocurrencies, so sooner or later, the price of Steem will rise again.
