Hoy os muestro la segunda cerveza que adquirí y probé de esta cervecera polaca que siempre destaca por su calidad. Se trata de "Play with Tamatea" de Beowar Stu Mostow.
En esta cerveza y en muchas otras, se empieza a ver como la procedencia del lúpulo es importante. Cada vez hay más marcas de lúpulo que tienen sus propios cultivos y registran sus productos como sinónimo de calidad. Esta práctica muy habitual en estados unidos, especialmente en el famoso valle de Yakima, se empieza a ver en el resto del mundo cada vez más. En esta ocasión, el lúpulo que lleva esta cerveza procede directamente de Nueva Zelanda, desde Freestyle Hops. Una de las marcas más conocidas del país.

La cerveza es una Double IPA contundente en sabor y fácil en trago. Para nada se notan esos 8º.
Muy sabrosa, con dos sabores frutales por encima del resto: La uva blanca y la guayaba. Densa y turbia como manda el estilo, pero con un final amargo apaciguado que resulta muy interesante y resulta adictivo. Se nota mucho la frescura del lúpulo, tanto en boca como en aroma.

The beer is a Double IPA that is strong in flavor and easy to drink. Those 8º are not noticeable at all.
Very tasty with two fruity flavors above the rest. White grapes and guava. Dense and cloudy as the style demands, but with a calm bitter finish that is very interesting and addictive. The freshness of the hops is very noticeable, both in the mouth and in aroma.
