The first classic Belgian style beer from Garage Beer Co. and once again they embroider another style. I love the consistency of this brewery that masterfully brews everything it tries.
Belgian beers are not exactly to my liking, nor dubbel, nor tripel nor quadruple. I find so much sweetness cloying and they seem endless to me, but it is one of the most consumed styles in the world, there must be a reason... Although they are not my favorite. That's why I'm not the best person to evaluate them either, but this one from Garage hasn't been bad, perhaps because it moves away from the classic patterns of the style and doesn't seem so sweet to me.

Style: Belgian Tripel

As I mentioned, not as cloying as the tripels I've tried, with a certain citrus flavor from the Sumac that has been incorporated into its preparation. This spice from the Middle East fits perfectly with the style.
Yeast and cereal are the predominant flavors. Alcohol, which is difficult to camouflage in these beers, goes completely unnoticed here.
