Son of hops de Caleya (Esp-Eng)

in #cervantes2 years ago

Cerveza: Son of Hops
Cervecera: Caleya
Estilo: West Coast Pils
Alcohol: 5.5º

How good these guys from Langreo, Asturias always make all their beers. They have been in the world of craft beer for many years and I have loved all of their beers that I have tried. They have very good value for money and address all styles with mastery. It is always an excellent option.

Beer: Son of Hops
Brewery: Caleya
Style: West Coast Pils
Alcohol: 5.5º
Hops: Hallertauer Mittelfruh and Citra and Mosaic in dry hopping
Format: 440 ml can

I love this style of beer. It combines the freshness of Pils beers, but with an extra touch of hops that gives it an elegant and prolonged bitterness. Really easy to drink and ideal for withstanding the heat. The addition of Citra and Mosaic in dry hopping provides a lot of citrus and fruit aroma, to make this beer wonderful. I really loved it.
The design of the can is very original, making a clear nod to the famous painting by René Magritte. Of course, they have changed the apple of the original for a hop bud.

Sort:

I am not sure, but looking at the colour of the beer, it seems that it will be mild but full of citrus and honey aroma which I like a lot. :)
Sending Love and Ecency Vote!

It is a blend of lager and IPA. really refreshing but with bitterness. Thank you
