Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo una IPA de verdad. Nada de cervezas afrutadas o zumos modernos con alcohol. Si de verdad quieres saber lo que es una India Pale Ale, prueba esto.
Stigbergets es una de mis cerveceras favoritas, desde Suecia emanan cervezas de calidad en todos sus estilos. Aunque son expertos en IPA, tocan todos los palos y con un nivel que roza la excelencia.
Tuve la suerte de visitar Estocolmo hace dos años y su Brewpub en el centro de la ciudad es visita obligada. Excelente comida y la mejor cerveza con grifos propios e invitados. su merchandising me encanta. Como curiosidad, creo que es la primera lata que veo de esta marca en la que no aparece un ave.

Lo dicho anteriormente, una cerveza de verdad. Amargor presente sin llegar a saturar y muchos sabores resinosos y herbáceos.
Limpia cristalina y con aroma a pino.
La simplicidad hecha excelencia.
Nunca me cansaré de este estilo.

Stigbergets is one of my favorite breweries, from Sweden they produce quality beers in all their styles. Although they are experts in IPA, they play all styles and at a level that borders on excellence.
I was lucky enough to visit Stockholm two years ago and their Brewpub in the city center is a must-see. Excellent food and the best beer with own and guest taps. I love their merchandising. As a curiosity, I think it is the first can I have seen of this brand in which a bird does not appear.

As said above, a real beer. Bitterness present without being saturating and many resinous and herbaceous flavors.
Crystal clear clean with a pine aroma.
Simplicity made excellence.
I will never get tired of this style.
