¿Para cuándo una cuádruple IPA? de momento vamos con una triple IPA.

Lúpulos: Galaxy, El Dorado, HBC 630 Cryo y Idaho 7 Cryo
Formato: Lata de 440º
Martillazo en forma de cerveza de 10º que te deja bien sujeto al sofá... una lata y a la cama.
La cerveza pese a su alta graduación, esconde bien el alcohol, aunque cuando coge temperatura éste se hace más presente. El sabor es muy afrutado, sobre todo aparece el melocotón y el albaricoque, aunque la pera y el maracuyá también se pueden diferenciar al final. El trigo y la avena que comparten viaje con la cebada en este proyectil líquido, le dan cuerpo y melosidad.
Tengo la suerte de recibir mensualmente 4 latas diferentes de esta cervecera, que es una de mis favoritas, así como acceder a sus recetas y elaboraciones. Intentaré replicar este diabólico brebaje en mi próximo home brewing.

I am lucky enough to receive 4 different cans of this brewery every month, which is one of my favorites, as well as access to its recipes and elaborations. I will try to replicate this devilish concoction in my next home brew.
