No se si había posteado alguna cerveza de esta cervecera, en cualquier caso, os presento a una de las marcas más nuevas del panorama español, y viendo los últimos acontecimientos en los que se cierran fábricas, bares y tiendas especializadas... es una gran noticia. Se trata de Pyrene Brewing Co. Desde El Grado, en Huesca. Esta pareja está haciendo mucho ruido a base de buenas cervezas y sus diseños originales y elaborados. En este caso con un guiño a la afamada serie de televisión del universo Star Wars, The Mandalorian, y su mítica frase This is the Way, este es el camino. Ojalá se sigan abriendo más cerveceras y el tirón de la cerveza artesana aumente un poco, porque el panorama es un poco desesperanzador.

Todos los que alguna vez han elaborado cerveza en casa o a pequeña escala me entenderán. Qué difícil es hacer una Lager y que sencillo es su sabor. Par mí, el estilo más complicado de elaborar. En este caso, la cerveza está impecable y la buena carga de lúpulo le da un final amargo delicioso. Trago muy fácil, realmente refrescante. Aparecen sabores a cereal, levadura y miel que aportan mucho sabor.
Como reza el nombre de la cerveza: Este es el camino.
