Una cerveza más de Caleya.
Tal y como comentaba en el post anterior, esta cervecera es muy regular y muestra una calidad muy constante. Sus IPA son muy reconocidas, como la mítica Goma 2. Pero el nivel que ha adquirido elaborando este estilo, Sour Smoothy Pastry, es algo realmente increíble. Le tienen muy bien cogido el punto. En mi opinión elaboran las mejores cervezas en este estilo de toda España.

Lo primero que llama la atención es el aroma. Muchísima fruta tropical. Posteriormente cuando empiezas a servir la cerveza en el vaso, te das cuenta que la densidad de la misma no es normal, llegando a parecer puré los últimos centilitros de la lata.
En boca es contundente. Intenso sabor tropical en perfecta armonía con el sabor ácido propio del estilo. Guayaba, fruta de la pasión y coco bailan por tu paladar con gran alegría.
Una verdadera delicia.
Al final de beber la cerveza, se pueden observar restos en los laterales del vaso, por la cantidad de fruta natural que lleva la cerveza.

As I mentioned in the previous post, this brewery is very regular and shows very constant quality. His IPAs are very recognized, like the legendary Goma 2. But the level he has acquired by making this style, Sour Smoothy Pastry, is something truly incredible. They have got the point very well. In my opinion they make the best beers in this style in all of Spain.

The first thing that catches your attention is the aroma. Lots of tropical fruit. Later, when you start pouring the beer into the glass, you realize that its density is not normal, and the last centiliters of the can look like puree.
In the mouth it is forceful. Intense tropical flavor in perfect harmony with the acidic flavor of the style. Guava, passion fruit and coconut dance across your palate with great joy.
A true delight.
At the end of drinking the beer, you can see remains on the sides of the glass, due to the amount of natural fruit that the beer contains.
