Hoy os traigo una cerveza de una cervecera de nuevo cuño. Se trata de KOM beer desde Manlleu, Barcelona. Desde 2022 estos chicos están haciendo mucho ruido a base de excelentes cervezas. He probado varias referencias y de varios estilos, pero creo que su mejor baza son las NEIPA, como esta que os muestro hoy.
De momento puedo apreciar un denominador común, cerveza fácil de beber, muy afrutada, densa y turbia. En la línea de las IPA de corte moderno que hoy en día inundan neveras y estanterías de tiendas y bares especializados.

Todo el combo de lúpulos neozelandeses puestos en escena, el resultado no podía ser otro. Cerveza con potente aroma y sabor tropical. El amargor pasa a un segundo plano.
Muy sabrosa y turbia. Se bebe sin esfuerzo pese a los 8º de alcohol.
Con un buen filete de vaca madurada todo sabe mejor.
Today I bring you a beer from a new brewery. This is KOM beer from Manlleu, Barcelona. Since 2022 these guys are making a lot of noise with excellent beers. I have tried several references and various styles, but I think their best asset is the NEIPA, like the one I show you today.

The entire combo of New Zealand hops put on stage, the result could not be other. Beer with a powerful aroma and tropical flavor. The bitterness takes a backseat.
Very tasty and cloudy. It is drunk without effort despite the 8º of alcohol.
With a good aged beef steak everything tastes better.
