Que bien elaboran este estilo los maestros cerveceros de Garage Beer Co. Tanto es así, que le cambian el nombre adaptándolo a la ciudad en la que residen. El estilo Barcelona Weisse no existe, no así el Berliner Weisse, que es un tipo de cerveza blanca cuya receta original se atribuye a las comarcas de Berlín, y que en sus comienzos no excedía de los 3º de alcohol. Tremendamente ácida y refrescante, llegó a ser muy popular a finales del Siglo XIX. Pero poco a poco cayó en el olvido. Hoy en día es un estilo poco elaborado y tiene más graduación, además de combinarse con multitud de frutas. En Garage Beer Co. raro es el mes que no elaboren una con gran maestría. Esta en concreto que os muestro, se acerca más a una SOUR por la densidad y turbiedad de la cerveza, pero está igualmente deliciosa.

Explosión frutal en tu boca. Mango y guayaba en fusión con destellos de jengibre que combinan a la perfección con una acidez moderada. La avena aporta suavidad y enturbia la cerveza. Es muy sedosa y refrescante, realmente fácil de beber y deliciosa.
Muy próxima al estilo de moda, las Smooth SOUR.
Nunca falta en mi nevera un estilo ácido, que además acompaña perfectamente cuando aprieta el calor.
How well the brewmasters at Garage Beer Co. brew this style. So much so, that they change the name adapting it to the city in which they reside. The Barcelona Weisse style does not exist, but not the Berliner Weisse, which is a type of white beer whose original recipe is attributed to the regions of Berlin, and which in its beginnings did not exceed 3º of alcohol. Tremendously acidic and refreshing, it became very popular at the end of the 19th century. But little by little it fell into oblivion. Nowadays it is a less elaborate style and has more graduation, in addition to being combined with a multitude of fruits. At Garage Beer Co. it's a rare month that they don't make one with great skill. This particular one that I show you is closer to a SOUR due to the density and turbidity of the beer, but it is equally delicious.

Fruity explosion in your mouth. Mango and guava in fusion with flashes of ginger that combine perfectly with moderate acidity. Oats add softness and cloud the beer. It's very silky and refreshing, really easy to drink and delicious.
Very close to the fashionable style, the Smooth SOUR.
An acidic style is never missing from my refrigerator, which also accompanies perfectly when the heat is on.
