Which project should be done next by @teamuganda?

Hello,

We are a team of Uganda Steemians (and me as a German supporter). Our goal is to make Steem big in Uganda.

We have had several cool projects in the last year:

• Visiting Universities and teaching about blockchain
• having meetups with interested people
• handing out giveaways (like T-Shirts, pencils,...)
• a big steemitparty in December 2018
• a big school event with 30 Schools attanding

I'm going to support further projects, but we need good ideas and people, that are willing to execute them.

In this poll I ask you to create some more ideas and to give feedback what is realistic and what has the most impact.

This question goes especially to:

I think that would be the 1st beSt move though more sensitization needs to be worked upon.
I am a bit lazy to post because the Ugandan community does not support fellow Ugandans which is no good.
Dat would be my advise to Ugandans.
