The importance of reward, be it after work or before it, just as a compensation; it couldn't be over looked. It does more than effort and always prompt man to do more, even for those that were on the edge of giving up.
I realized that average human being, if not all prefer the reward more than the work or task done. There is this adage in my locality Yoruba which goes thus, all I pray for is small, trivial work with more money attached to it. This is one of the reasons why the world is life of scammer, fraudster, goldgigger, since many decided or prefer to receive even from where they didn't sow, they have forgotten that whatever it is you sow shall you receive. The life will surely give back onto you want you give. There is no short cut around the neck of the palm tree where you follow ascend, you will surely descend.
Compensation will make a man do more than being asked and even ask for more tasks as he knows that the reward will surely come.Taken a small kid for Instance, if they are being send to buy someone, at first, they might feel reluctant but to the hear of, I will give you something, or keep the change, if it is money. The happiness in their face will know no measure. The open and close of eye, they are already here with what you send them. That is life. Reward will make you to do now.

No matter how stronger the love is, because some people say love is blind, but the truth is, without benefits or a kind of return. The love won't last as the case of marriage couples getting divorced often. Which is why I like saying compatibility matters most when it comes to love.
Reward also serve as motivation, inspiring spirit. I have been away from steemit couple months or more now due to. Service to father land, that will call. NYSC. which made me not active like before, I know how many comments I made in a day before. Although, the dip in steem price is also one of the reasons why lay low, plus the fact that no electricity and the network is always fluctuating. But of recent, when I realised that, after the service, what will man really do, if I decided not to post on steemit again due to those aforementioned reasons what will be my gain or what will I come to meet if I refused to build the relationship now. Because of these reasons, even though it is not convenient, I had to create chance out of no or little. I tasked myself that I will be making at least three post in a week instead of not posting at all and to add 5 comments per day if there is opportunity to do that. I started posting never up to two weeks now, as usual, I was still using esteem tag, though they do support me even before I stopped writing but I realised that, there is different these days as anytime I posted, immediately, after 20minute esteem app will show. I think of it more than once, I changed my initial motive of posting just three articles in a week. You can see how reward makes someone to chance is mind. I'm also using this medium to appreciate and thank the esteem app curator, and sponsors, @good-karma for the uneven support all the time.
Reward will make you to do more but does reward or compensation the only factor that wil inspire someone to do more than expected or exactly.
