Once again the weather is changing. There may be rain in entire northern India. Several parts of the state received scanty rain accompanied by strong winds on Wednesday. The clouds are shadow from today morning. Day after day rain can be seen after the rain. The Meteorological Department says. That 20 and 21 have also expressed the possibility of rain. And in many states the rain can be sharp There has been a change in weather in other places. And then some days later it may rain from 26 to 27.
But some place temperature has reached 11 degree to 22.2 degrees. In the past several years, there was never so much heat in February. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there will be partial transfers on Wednesdays and Thursdays. And in some places there is hope for some light rain. The minimum temperature is also three degrees above 10 degree Celsius compared to normal.
In western Uttar Pradesh, there is a rise in temperature in the last two days. There was a cloud in the sky between warm winds since Wednesday morning. Rain was raining in Meerut in the evening, after rain, rain started with strong winds. This increased the chills.

एक बार फिर मौसम बदल रहा है। पूरा उत्तर भारत में वर्षा हो सकती है। प्रदेश में कई हिस्सों में बुधवार को तेज हवाओं के साथ छिटफुट बारिश हुई। आज सुबह से ही बादल छाया रहे है। दिन में दोपहार को बारिश के बाद ठंड का असर देखा जा सकते है। मौसम विभाग का कहना है। कि 20 और 21 को भी बारिश की संभावना जताई है। और अनेक राज्य में बारिश तेज हो सकती। बाकी स्थानों पर मौसम में बदलाव देखा गया है। और फिर कुछ दिन बाद 26 से 27 के बीच बारिश हो सकती है।
लेकिन कुछ जगह का तापमान 11 डिग्री से 22.2 डिग्री पर पहुंच गया है। पिछले कई वर्षों में फरवरी में इतनी गर्मीं कभी नही हुई। मौसम विभाग का पूर्वानूमान के अनुसार बुधवार और बृहस्पतिवार को आंशिक बदली रहेगी। और कुछ स्थानों पर बूंदाबांदी तो कही हल्की बारिश की भी उम्मीद है। न्यूनतम तापमान भी सामान्य के मुकाबले तीन डिग्री अधिक 10 डिग्री सेल्सियस रिकॉर्ड किया गया है।
पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में पिछले दो दिन में तापमान में वृद्धि दर्ज की जा रही है। बुधवार को सुबह से ही चली गर्म हवाओं के बीच आसमान में बादल छा गए। मेरठ में शाम के समय बारिश से ठंड बढ़ गई दोपहार के बाद तेज हवा के साथ बारिश शुरु हो गई। इससे ठिठुरन बढ़ गई।
मौसम के बारे में अब आओ। कुछ दिनों के लिए आकाश मे बदल छाया होगा। और फिर मौसम स्वच्छ हो जायेगा। कुछ स्थानों मे चक्रवात हवाओं के क्षे के कारण शुष्क और सर्दीं मौसम अधिकांश हिस्सों में जारी रहेगा। यह मौसम सिर्फ खतौली का है। अन्य स्थानों का मौसम अलग है।
