Looking ahead, the government has announced ambitious targets for bus frequency and waiting times, especially during peak hours. It is expected that, in the future, all routes operating during peak hours will have buses arriving every 15 minutes, with more than half of the routes offering frequencies of 10 minutes or less. This translates to a maximum waiting time of approximately 10 minutes—an impressive standard aiming to make public transportation highly convenient.
