The thing with the power outages keeps going (and it's getting worse), no wonder I’ve literally been stuck in this for a whole month now.
Anyhow! I finally added the beauty spot and other details. I’m happy with the hands now… but the left wrist looks odd, so must correct that! Former version of Hakuno’s face looked nice, yet a bit odd, so I scooted the right eye a little bit closer to the nose; there’s still something off with her expression, so I’ll try to lower the eyelids and move the eyebrow a bit for a more natural look. I also drew the right earring, but I have yet to make the lineart.
After re-learning composition (and by that I mean watched YouTube videos), I’m satisfied with the general look. I made a simple background and added the flowers to compensate the empty space near the edges, I like the shoujo vibes it gives.
Next one will be the finished piece!

well i think you should work on her hairs also and yeah as you said work on the eyebrow. but still it's awesome.
also not a fan on cartoons but yeah watched some with my little sister and one of them little bit looks like her or i should say the one after changes in this character..
Glad you like it! And yeah, the hair is a given. I thought it was quite obvious there's still some coloring left to do, so I didn't mention it, but yeah I must finish that too.
For some reason, I think I know which cartoon character are you mean and now I can't unseee it xDDD
Aaaargh the power outages sound so frustrating! Perhaps the neighbourhood should rig up some solar panels and batteries x_x
And if it's any consolation you've seen how long I take to do things and I don't even have that excuse.
