In The Shadows

in #art6 years ago (edited)

Sometimes, a very good way of keeping things interesting while immersing in weeks and weeks of visual arts is jumping from medium to medium. Now I may it may sound unorganized and pointless, but this seems to have worked for me many times. I generally like to stick to a medium and practice for long duration but sometimes I find myself in a rut because of that.

These days I have been switching mediums and it has been so much fun for me! It is months after that I picked up a simple ball/dot pen for an illustration. This is what I love and adore about art. It can be as simple as a pen and a paper :) I thought of doing a direct sketch w/o any assistance from pencils as I do in my “Rough Edges” series but felt its need today.

Nevertheless, I am pretty happy with it and I love the off white color of the sketchbook rather than it being just white. Let me know what you guys think and hope you have a great day ahead! 😊
