I defy convention and here is what I think:

The problem is that the organization's belief in you is more than your belief in your self.

Your organisation asks you to handle 10 lac to 100 crores of business, but sometimes you fail to believe in your own financial prowess.

This is what I have to say - "If you can do it for the organisation, you can do it for yourself too."

I would like Organisations to instil a positive belief in every individual. They should not make an individual a good employee but make him a better person.
