Steem blokchain is one of the fastest, secure and easy to use blockchain but the low price of STEEM is really a big issue here. Now lots of dapss are running on this platform. Yet, the price of STEEM is not improving.
Do you think HF21 will change the game for STEEM and the price of it will go up after the implementation of HF21?

I think HF21 will change the game for Steem, but I think the price will still drop slightly.
I believe we have a a lot of people currently holding large bags that they wanna dump, but can't get themselves to do it at such low prices.
Anytime a crypto has tanked, I think you often see another slight drop after the price picks up (from all the people who decided to sell now that the price is at a fair place).
