I'd like to learn Korean myself, plus a ton of others. There should be a Steem Dapp that encourages learning languages! Something like Duolingo that can actually reward you!

For sure! Even host weekly challenges with prize pools for who learned the most. Maybe like a team-based trivia game? This could be a fun project to work on... perhaps I'll have enough time some day xD
