¿Cuál es el significado de la palabra CREACIÓN?
Si buscamos en Google dice que es la acción de dar existencia a algo a partir de la nada, esto es precisamente lo que el arte es, y se manifiesta a través de muchas formas.
Para el día trece (13) de la lista del Pixeos Inktobes 2020 el tema era la palabra CREATION que al español traduce CREACIÓN.

If we search the word in Google, it says that it is the action of giving existence to something from nothing, this is precisely what art is, and it manifests itself in many ways.For the thirteenth day (13) of the Pixeos Inktobes 2020 list, the theme was the word CREATION, which in Spanish translates CREACIÓN.
Les contaré como me inspiré para hacer esta ilustración, por lo general cuando voy a dibujar escucho música y me pongo cómodo. En esta ocasión con el lápiz en la mano y escuchando un mini concierto de la cantante Alicia Keys, me quedé absorto viéndolo y disfrutando de la música, de la excelente interpretación y de lo melodioso y armónico que todo se escuchaba; en ese instante caí en cuenta que ella estaba creando arte, la música al igual que muchas otras manifestaciones artísticas forman parte de la creación.
I will tell you how I was inspired to do this illustration, usually when I go to draw I listen to music and I make myself comfortable. On this occasion with the pencil in hand and listening to a tiny concert by the singer Alicia Keys, I was absorbed watching it and enjoying the music, the excellent interpretation of and how melodious and harmonious everything was heard; At that moment I realized that she was creating art, music like many other artistic manifestations are part of creation.
La referencia:
Al haber reflexionado sobre esto, cosa que ya sabía con anterioridad, decidí plasmar en un dibujo lo que estaba viendo en la pantalla, así que la referencia de mi dibujo es el vídeo que estaba viendo.
Tomé varias fotos de la pantalla con mi celular y al final escogí las que más me gustaban para hacer la composición.
Hacer este trabajo fue todo un nuevo reto, estaba haciendo tres retratos en un solo dibujo, veamos el proceso creativo.
The reference:
Having reflected on this, which I already knew before, I decided to capture in a drawing what I was seeing on the screen, so the reference of my drawing is the video I was watching.I took several photos of the screen with my cell phone and in the end I chose the ones that I liked the most to make the composition.
Doing this job was a whole new challenge, I was doing three portraits in a single drawing, let's see the creative process.
El Boceto:
Primero lo primero, las líneas guías que sirven de base, ustedes pueden ver en mis trabajos que donde han quedado errores es porque no han sido corregidos desde el principio, en el boceto inicial.
El boceto es la base de tu resultado final.
The Sketch:
First things first, the guidelines that serve as the basis, you can see in my work that where errors have remained is because they have not been corrected from the beginning, in the initial sketch.The sketch is the basis of your final result.
Una vez que hemos hecho las bases de nuestro dibujo en el boceto, comenzamos a hacer los detalles, para estos detalles vamos afincando el lápiz con un poco de más intensidad, pero no tanto que vayamos a dañar la superficie donde estamos trabajando.
Once we have made the bases of our drawing in the sketch, we begin to do the details, for these details we are setting the pencil with a little more intensity, but not so much that we are going to damage the surface where we are working.
El delineado o entintado:
Depende de cada artista decidir cuando comenzar a delinear y con qué materiales hacerlo, en esta oportunidad utilicé un marcador negro punta fina y un bolígrafo negro.
Outlining or inking:
It is up to each artist to decide when to start outlining and with what materials to do it, this time I used a fine-tipped black marker and a black pen.
En varios servidores de Discord hemos conversado sobre el tema de las sombras y las luces, es muy importante saber aplicar las sombras, imaginarse una fuente de luz de ahí imaginar donde pega esa luz y donde se reflejan las sombras.
In several Discord servers we have talked about the subject of shadows and lights, it is very important to know how to apply the shadows, imagine a light source from there, imagine where that light hits and where the shadows are reflected.
Ya estaban hechos el guitarrista y la vocalista del coro, me faltaba abordar a la protagonista de la composición y el ambiente que los rodeaba.
The guitarist and the vocalist of the choir were already made, I still had to approach the protagonist of the composition and the environment that surrounded them.
Todo este trabajo lo estaba haciendo con un marcador negro punta fina, aplicando las sombras según la imagen de referencia, y otras según mi imaginación. Sigamos avanzando hasta llegar al resultado final.
All this work I was doing with a fine point black marker, applying the shadows according to the reference image, and others according to my imagination. Let's keep moving forward until we reach the final result.

Para elaborar esta ilustración invertí aproximadamente unas tres horas y media (3.5 hrs) sin interrupciones.
Materiales utilizados:
- Media hoja de cartulina blanca de un block de notas
- Lápiz escolar, sacapuntas y un borrador
- Bolígrafo negro punta fina
- Marcador negro punta fina
I spent approximately three and a half hours (3.5 hrs) without interruptions to create this illustration.
Used materials:
- Half a sheet of white cardboard from a notepad
- School pencil, sharpener and an eraser
- Black fine point ballpoint pen
- Black fine tip marker

Amigo lo primero que veo en un dibujo es la expresión de los ojos, si me gustan su mirada entonces el dibujo quedo bestial como tu dices. La expresión del guitarrista manifiesta un gran sentimiento e inspiración.
¿porque? quitastes a la mujer que observa de la primera imagen. Será porque tiene ojos de envidia y celos.
