#646 - Nature shots for Saturday.

A pleasant weekend fellow Hiveans. It's raining here the whole day because there is a typhoon in the northern part of the country which tail is also affecting the metropolitan area where we are and other provinces going to the southern part. We were unable to go out for walks because of this so my wife asked if we can have coffee instead. So we went to a place in Antipolo for a quick coffee while the rain is pouring then we went also to the market after that to buy pork pata, we chose the hind leg which is cheaper. My wife saw a recipe online and she wanted to copy it for our lunch today. The meal was great paired with vegetables plus the pork feet is delicious with all the fats in it.

For our daily shots we got here a couple damselflies who are intimate to each other when the moment was captured on camera, nsfw for the animal kingdom perhaps. The blue one I believe is the female while the orange behind is the male.

Their position seems akward to me, the male seems to be having a difficult experience in here but thanks to the tail of the female which gives support to the male.

Next couple of shots shows two different but similar orange colored lady bugs. The edges of their shells has a bit of translucent character which seem also like a shield. The black dots in their backs are also remarkable.

Then we have here a moth which is taking shelter on a leaf. There was a rain so this is a good spot for it to rest.

Then we got here a forest cockroach that is on top of a leaf. The roach is not elusive as the other roach found in houses.

Then lastly is a long skinny red millipede. It was passing by a fallen dried leaf which also serve as a reference for its size.

The millipede is long, more than six inches if not mistaken. Just look at those yellow socks, I mean legs hehe. The red and black back which make the being intimidating to other predators.
