Today I've baked one of my favorite cakes; I only do this on special occasions.

you need: 1 kg apple, 5 dl white wine, 2 pack vanilla pudding, 2 teaspoons maizena, 60-80 gr sugar, 4 dl cream

For the shortcrust: 120 gr butter, 125 gr sugar, 250 gr flour, 1 egg, 1 pack vanilla sugar, ½ Pack baking powder.

Make the dough, let it rest, then place in a buttered springform pan and pull up the edge by at least 5 cm. slice 1 kg apple and drizzle with lemon. In 2 dl white wine, 2 pack vanilla pudding, 2 teaspoons corn and 60-70 gr sugar mix. Bring the rest of the wine to the boil, add the mixed mixture. Bring the mixture to the boil again and spread it hot under the apples.

Bake in the oven of 180° for about half hour. Leave in the mould overnight.
