The question of time and its management is very relative, being retired I have more time than an active worker, but also less time because of my age and my life expectancy, it is the paradox. Deciding on the right time to do things becomes crucial.

And I totally agree with you on this. The value of time cannot be over emphasized as every single second bears it's own different magnitude therefore there is really no right time but there is always time for you to do the right thing.
In this busy working time many people doesn't know how they manage their time effectively. Before learnt importance of the time, I spent my golden time for unnecessary activities. After consided one by one tasks I have found some mistakes I had done previously without get more experience. Then I really understood the value of the time and now I prefectly manage my time only for useful tasks. You have explained this conversation very wisely. I appreciate it.
