Binance is relatively a new entrant in the cryptocurrency exchange (launched July'17) and has gained popularity instantly. It is only going in one direction from here. It is evident from growth of their own coin's performance. Binance coin has quadrupled in last one month.
There is lot to love about this exchange. Let's get into the specifics.
Customer support - One clear advantage this exchange has over some of the older exchanges like bittrex, poloniex etc is the customer support staff. They have continuously ramped up their support team to cater to ever increasing user base. From my personal experience, they seem always on their toes and I have mostly received reply back to tickets within an hour. These are not automated emails but actual human mailing you. They have even emailed me with a 'Thank you' when I close a request which should not have been raised in first place. Then a subsequent mail to rate the support. Big big thumbs up to this. None of the US exchanges can compete with that.
Altcoins - This exchange has lot of altcoins listed. Some of them are not even on other big exchanges. Notable one being TRON. These days lot of coins get first listed on Binance before other exchanges. Most notable recent addition being WaBi. So, if anyone missed any ICO this is exchange where one can buy on initial dips. Trading interface - Trading and wallet interface is very clean. White and orange is pretty pleasing to eyes. I would personally rate this just below Bittrex where its white and black. One very big and alarming feature which Binance covers is a warning feature which warns you if you try to trade something on price more than 5% below last price just to make sure it was not a typo. It has saved me a few bucks !!
Trading fee - Currently trading commission is only 0.05% and will likely to be 0.1% over long run. This matches most exchanges and beats a few which charge exorbitant 0.25% .
Launchpad and funding - They have also started supporting projects with initial funding and provide launchpad through their exchange. This is at nascent stage but is likely to launch a few ICO in coming months.
Referral bonus - They have cool referral bonus where they give you 50% of commission that is earned by your referral.
