Hola mis amigos un gusto enorme estar de nuevo con uds, y compartir esta deliciosa receta de unas trufas de chocolate, muy fácil de hacer y vale el tiempo invertido en su preparación. Así que a continuación les muestro sus ingredientes y preparación.
Ingredients
- Chocolate cream
- Cookies of your choice
- Crema de chocolate
- Galletas de su preferencia
We start by crushing the cookies by passing them through a food processor until we have almost powder. After grinding, we mix them with our chocolate cream until we obtain a compact mass.
Comenzamos triturando las galletas pasándola por un procesador de alimentos hasta que nos quede casi polvo. Luego de triturar las mezclamos con nuestra crema de chocolate hasta obtener una masa compacta.
After having our dough, we take it to the refrigerator for an hour, after that time we proceed to make balls of the desired size, and then pass them through a crushed cookie toping, we leave it a few 30 more minutes in the fridge.
Luego de tener nuestra masa, la llevamos al refrigerador por espacio de una hora, pasado ese tiempo procedemos a realizar bolitas del tamaño deseado, para luego pasarlas por un toping de galleta triturada, la dejamos unos 30 minutos mas en la nevera.
After having all our truffles made, we only have to taste and enjoy a rich and delicious snack. Although it is ideal for any sweet craving in the day.
Luego de tener todas nuestras trufas hechas solo nos queda degustar y disfrutar de una rica y deliciosa merienda. Aunque es ideal para cualquier antojo de dulce en el día.
