Torta rapida de zanahoria en microondas
Quick carrot cake in microwave oven
A tasty and quick option for a mid-afternoon snack.... I try to make them as healthy as possible and with ingredients I have at home. I'll tell you what I use to make them and some options to substitute them...
I generally use as a base, cambur and oatmeal to avoid wheat flour, since it doesn't usually agree with me or my family.
INGREDIENTES
- 3 Cambures
- 1/2 de taza de zanahoria rallada
- 1/2 de taza de avena
- 1/2 cdta de canela en polvo
- 1 cdta de vainilla
- 2 huevos
- 2 cdas de crema de maní, o cualquier otra mantequilla, tambien puede incorporarse aceite comestible
- Para la cobertura use un poco de yogurt que hice en casa con una cdta de azucar, pero tu puedes agregar queso crema con un toque de azucar o yogurt de cualquier tipo.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, or any other butter, you can also add edible oil.
- For the topping I used some yogurt that I made at home with a teaspoon of sugar, but you can add cream cheese with a touch of sugar or yogurt of any kind.
PROCEDIMIENTO
1.- Triturar los cambures hasta obtener un puré.
2.- Agregar la Zanahoria rallada (Es genial mantener en la nevera un envase con zanahoria rallada).
3.- Agregar la avena, la vainilla y la canela, incorporar bien con un tenedor o un batidor.
PROCEDURE.
1.- Mash the camburs until you get a puree.
2.- Add the grated carrot (It's great to keep a container with grated carrot in the fridge).
3.- Add the oats, vanilla and cinnamon, incorporate well with a fork or whisk.
4.- Incorporar los huevos y la mantequilla o la crema de maní
5.- Colocar en el microondas por 4 minutos, luego revisar y colocar 4 minutos mas.
6.- Al sacar del microondas, esperar un poco a que se enfrie para servir y untar la cobertura
4.- Incorporate the eggs and butter or peanut butter.
5.- Place in the microwave for 4 minutes, then check and place 4 minutes more.
6.- When removing from the microwave, wait a little while for it to cool before serving and spreading the topping.

Me encantan las tortas de zanahorias son tan deliciosas y divinas. Esta manera de hacerla en microondas me ha parecido muy interesante, aunque no tengo. Pero siempre se podrá conseguir alguien que tenga uno y con estas indicaciones es posible que se anime a probarla y quien quita, hasta se convierta en un nuevo usuario de nuestra Blockchain. ¡AMIGA @any94! Hay una torta que se elabora en el microondas con una cucharada de todos los ingredientes. Pero esta me llamó más la atención, por los ingredientes que lleva. Trataré de prepararla. Gracias, estuvo muy clara tu explicación. Cariños.
Siii la he visto... Desde hace tiempo intento hacerlas en el micro para hacer el uso de la energia mas eficiente, ya que calentar mi horno a gas me parece mucho desperdicio de energia.
