En ésta oportunidad les hablaré sobre la importancia de mantener una actitud positiva ante situaciones de estrés. Como personal de enfermería el ambiente que nos rodea suele estar lleno de presión debido a que en nuestras manos se encuentra el poder recuperar la salud de alguien, por esto mismo llevamos una responsabilidad muy grande sobre nuestros hombros lo cual suele generar estrés y volver nuestra jornada laboral más pesada, en otras palabras también se le conoce como estrés.

El tener una vida en tus manos como responsabilidad es una carga que no todos saben lidiar, en el tiempo de estudio es muy poco el tutor que nos menciona acerca de ésta carga emocional y como trabajar con ella, es algo que se va observando a medida que comenzamos a tratar directamente en un servicio, con el tiempo de experiencia sabemos manejar o afrontar situaciones que ameriten una gran presión social.
Having a life in your hands as a responsibility is a burden that not everyone knows how to deal with, in study time there is very little tutor who mentions about this emotional burden and how to work with it, it is something that is observed as that we begin to deal directly in a service, with time of experience we know how to handle or face situations that merit great social pressure.
A pesar de las grandes cargas laborales es importante siempre mantener una buena actitud, ser positivos sin dejar de ser realista ante la situación que se presenta en cada uno de nuestros pacientes.

El poder liberar nuestro estrés nos ayuda a crecer como profesionales dentro del área de enfermería ya qué aprendemos a afrontar situaciones difíciles del día a día en nuestra área laboral, y crea nuestro corazón más dulce ante el trato humanitario.
Being able to release our stress helps us to grow as professionals within the nursing area and as we learn to face difficult day-to-day situations in our work area, and creates our sweetest hearts in the face of humane treatment.
Por eso, es importante recalcar que se debe mantener una buena salud mental para así llevar un buen trato a nuestros pacientes, con el fin de mejorar su salud y estilo de vida, después de todo enfermería se encarga de cuidar. ❤️
