I was been there almost in 2 years and yet i can hang out with my friends drinking together laugh together but inside i am dead. And at that time there no one can help me throught it. I even dont count anymore the times when i want to end my life. I dont know for others. But, when i seen my son sleeping besides me, Indirectly he is the one who cheer me up (fyi he is also the one who make me stress). And i already doing work out more than a year right now it can distract my mind from suicide since my sore muscles is really annoy my mind.
But, cheers talk to someone who can give support.
Better than suicide.
