Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about my proggress about my new house. Finally my last Renovation was done. Right now i am having a kitchen in the back side with safe from rain and mosquito. And then right now what we can do is saving some money to buy furnish and maybe will make custom set of wardrobe,kitchen sink, or i dont know maybe gaming room (Evil Smirk), or even better make a Plant Room outside (Angel Smirk).
So, before my back room was like this. The developer said it can be used for laundry room or back garden. But, the layout is the garden and the developer did not build the garden.So, in the end its just all soil and its open space. And since this place is kitchen and by our experience having outspace kitchen in Surabaya city. It will full of cockroach and mosquito at night. So, I am closing the roof and make that place all floor tile. So, it can be used for cooking and be a kitchen. And if it still have space for 1 table. Might be, I will use it for making content about plant.
Since there are many holidays in my country at May. So, this task can finished more than 3 days. Even actually it can be done with just 1 day. So, we need to eating out and cost a lot of money just for eat for 3 days. I really hate the craftsman of Indonesian people (right now) but back then i was one of them. Maybe cigar that make them lazy.
And after 3 days, finally my backside a.k.a kitchen area done. And its look beautiful and satisfying. After we are arrange the table for stove there is still some space for 1 table. So, i think i can use it for making plant content.
And since the vendor is really good person, he made me a alumunium box for my water pump, so no one can steal it and safe from water if rains coming.
Right now what we can do is saving money for the next buy. Hopefully my country economic goes better. Its really hard to get money recently since my president first speech. Its like doom days forward 1 day after he speech. But, yeah the bonus is i can see this beautiful artificial lake every morning. Maybe after my son got surgery and he is okay and then back again in my "OWN" (ugghh i like that sound) house. I will starting to do jogging or morning walk and exercise again.
My salesman said that the building in the corner is for padel house and beside the building, they want to build swimming pool. I am not sure about that. But, hopefully that will happened. Or if not swimming pool maybe it good if build indoor basketball court. So, i can play again sometimes. But, for now at least when i am do morning walk, i can walking circle around this artificial lake. And since the average person of this neighborhood is office workers. They are usually do when Saturday and Sunday. Meanwhile i can use it freelly at Weekdays. And I am resting day at Weekend. So, thats the quest about new house. Right now I already live in there and some of my stuff already sorted out but still there are so many stuff that need to be sorted out. Little by little might be take a month or months i still dont know.
