Oj, jak mi się nie chciało!
Pół poranka odsypiałam nieprzespaną noc, potem trochę popracowałam, a potem zmusiłam się do tego, by w końcu wyjść i poogarniać parę sprawunków - piechotą. A auto kusiło, kusiło. No ale kroki do #poliac same się nie zrobią, a trochę wstyd z tymi moimi wynikami. Więc ubrałam się niechętnie i jeszcze bardziej niechętnie wyszłam z domu.
Oh, how I didn't want to!
I spent half the morning sleeping off a sleepless night, then I did some work, and then I finally forced myself to go out and do some errands - on foot. And the car was tempting, tempting. Well, the steps to #poliac won't happen by themselves, and my results are a bit embarrassing. So I reluctantly got dressed and even more reluctantly left the house.
Jestem wyrodną matką. Na dworze pełno dzieciaków. Starsze bawią się razem, siedząc po prostu w śniegu (matko!!!!). Młodsze z rodzicami. A ja? Zamiast odebrać wcześniej Bombelka i na sprawunki pójść z nim, to wyszłam sama wcześniej z domu i poszłam sama dziarskim krokiem, takim, co to by mnie rozgrzewał trochę w te paskudne zimno. Cóż. Szkoda, że Tatuś @sk1920 pracuje do nocy, może ktoś zabrałby to nasze biedne dziecko na dwór (nie to, żeby jego samego łatwo było namówić do wyjścia 😅). Matka odmawia stanowczo - za bardzo nienawidzi zimy.
I'm a bad mother. There are lots of kids outside. The older ones are playing together, just sitting in the snow (omg!!!). The younger ones with their parents. And I? Instead of picking up Bombelek earlier and going with him to do some errands, I left the house earlier and walked by myself with brisk steps, something that would warm me up a bit in this nasty cold. Well. It's a pity that Daddy @sk1920 works into the night, maybe someone would take our poor baby outside. The mother flatly refuses - she hates winter too much.
Zresztą, co tu dużo ukrywać. Na sankach z nim nie zjadę, ciągnąć pod górkę po górzystym osiedlu nie będę, stać i marznąć, jak on będzie grzebać w śniegu, też mi się nie uśmiecha. Nie mówiąc już o lepieniu bałwana. O nie. To robota dla Tatusia.
Besides, there's not much to hide. I won't go sledding with him, I won't drag him uphill in a mountainous neighborhood, I won't stand and freeze while he digs in the snow, he won't smile to me either. Not to mention building a snowman. Oh no. This is Daddy's job.
Powiedziałabym, że na wiosnę będzie inaczej, bo serio, nie mogę się doczekać już tych cieplejszych promieni słońca na mojej skórze. Tylko, że na wiosnę pojawi się siostra - więc będzie WSZYSTKO inaczej. I ciekawe jak wówczas będą nam te wspólne spacery wychodzić. Oby mimo wszystko lepiej, niż zimą ;)
I would say that it will be different in spring, because seriously, I can't wait for the warmer rays of the sun on my skin. Only that my sister will appear in the spring - so EVERYTHING will be different. And I wonder how our walks together will turn out. Hopefully better than in winter ;)
