Hoje foi um dia melhor. Ontem tive uma variação muito grande de pressão que me atrapalhou muito a fazer tudo . Hoje ela ainda está bem alterada mas, pelo menos já caiu para 13:8 . Ontem estava entre 16:8 e 17:8 .

"Today was a better day. Yesterday I had a very large variation in blood pressure that hindered me a lot in doing everything. Today it is still quite altered, but at least it has dropped to 13:8. Yesterday it was between 16:8 and 17:8."
