My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2024

De volta aos post após dois dias. Um realmente foi porque eu apaguei antes de postar e ontem, infelizmente eu não havia batido o número de passos necessários. Agora é hora de me preparar para a próxima semana.

O bom é que consegui sair de 54% de hematócritos para 49% , ou seja, uma maravilhosa queda de quase 5% .
