I have to say your uncle’s help was brilliant, because they managed to get some really good shots of the centipede. When I lived in Argentina, there were loads of them in the garden, some smaller ones, which we called ‘cienpiés’. It’s true that they look terrifying, and it sends a shiver down your spine to think that all those legs might pierce your skin. I think some of them are poisonous, but that’s just to protect themselves from predators.
There’s also a small blind snake that looks a bit like one, but it’s true that insects can be very dangerous; a sting can be fatal if the person is allergic. You overcame your fear and, together with your uncle, you did a great job!! Hugs!💗
Te diré que la ayuda de tu tío fue espectacular, porque pudieron capturar imágenes muy buenas del milpiés. Cuando vivía en Argentina había muchos en el jardín, algunos más pequeños y los llamábamos cienpiés. Aunque es verdad que parecen aterradores y dan escalofríos que todas esas patas puedan pinchar la piel. Creo que algunos son venenosos, pero es para protegerse de los agresores.
Incluso hay una serpiente ciega pequeña que se le parece, pero es verdad que los insectos pueden ser muy peligrosos, una picadura puede ser fatal si la persona es alérgica. Venciste el miedo y con tu tío hiciste un gran trabajo!! Abrazo!💗

Saludos @avdesing, la ayuda de mi tío fue clave para tomar las fotos y ver el animal de cerca, la cantidad de patas asustan y la forma del caparazón, aunque es un animal inofensivo para los humanos, su aspecto causa terror, solo de imaginar la cantidad de patas cerca de mi, me da miedo.
He escuchado sobre la serpiente ciega, pero el hecho de ser serpiente causa terror, el mundo de los artrópodos es amplio y este ejemplar es amigable y guardián del suelo, para muchos es aterrador pero es un ser noble e inofensivo.

Greetings @avdesing, my uncle's help was key to taking the photos and seeing the animal up close. The number of legs is frightening, and the shape of the shell... although it's harmless to humans, its appearance is terrifying. Just imagining all those legs near me scares me.
I've heard of the blind snake, but the fact that it's a snake is frightening. The world of arthropods is vast, and this particular creature is friendly and a guardian of the soil. For many, it's terrifying, but it's a noble and harmless being.
