Good evening guys, this is Bait I will be dwelling briefly on the subject of attitude and how that affects both our physical and mental wellbeing. It came to my notice few years ago how much power present in my attitude towards life. The power of the mind could influence any component of our minds. Each time we talk about attitude in the context of intra or inter human relationships we mean attitude. A mental framework that underlies our very existence and one major explanatory factor when it comes to determining our motives for doing or behaving the way we do.

It is a sad thing however, is that this great weapon called the mind – where our attitude is contained has so much power to the point that it could also be used against us as much as it could be used in our favour. It all depends on how we use them. Nothing is necessarily bad on their own, but all depends on the incidence of use or abuse.

Enough of the motivation or inspirational business, now let’ go into the actual subject which of course is and has to be health related for the purpose of this review. Like I said before, attitude puts a mark on everything including your health. I remember writing in my last post how important it is to pay attention to our health and that we need contact a doctor once we notice any irregularities in our system. This isn’t a license to panic, but instead, it simply tells you how to handle those irregularities and not allow them control your attitude.

the first attitude towards healing is a positive attitude. No healing will take place without if we don’t allow ourselves to first be healed within…

I know that sounds a bit abstract but friends, it’s really true. Health is wealth our attitude towards our health could influence the process of wealth creation and have a ripple on every other corners of our lives. It’s not a wrong thing to fret at irregularities especially those related to our health. But it becomes a problem when we begin to conclude on them.

let’s not confuse being cautious for panicking…

It is okay to be cautious but not healthy to panic. When you notice irregularities all you need is tell someone about it, in this case, a doctor. He/she would then advise you on what to do next. It doesn’t matter what the outcome is or whatever he says to you. Have one thing at all times in your mind.

It’s going to be okay…

The professional ethics of a doctor doesn’t permit him/her to make you afraid but walk you through the process of healing/recovery. And this is where it gets interesting with Air-clinic.
