Framed turtle - La tortue encadrée [ENG-FR]

Today I took one of my paintings that I had painted on a simple A5 cardboard sheet,

...and I laminated it on cardboard foam leaving enough place to make like a frame around my turtle

Aujourd'hui j'ai repris un de mes tableaux que j'avais peint sur une simple feuille cartonnée A5, et je l'ai contrecollée sur du carton mousse en laissant un debord suffisant pour faire comme un cadre autour de ma tortue

I like how some of the painting's motifs continue to unfold on the frame ... 😊

J'aime bien comme certains motifs de la peinture continue à se dérouler sur le cadre... 😊

I had already done this for these two paintings a few weeks ago ^ _ ^

J'avais déjà fait cela pour ces deux peintures il y a quelques semaines ^_^

This is great, I love the turtle such a fun character - and how the bunting floats behind him - it almost looks like he is admiring it. Clever way to mount it, especially how you continue the motifs onto the frame - gives it such a wonderful finish. !COFFEEA 15
