This Sunday was really a wonderful day that I'm happy to rank in the #beautifulSunday, and I would go so far as to say #SublimeSunday, let's be crazy-wonkies ! 😃

Ce dimanche a vraiment été une journée spécialement merveilleuse que je suis heureuse de pouvoir classer dans les #beautifulSunday, j'irais même jusqu'à dire #SublimeSunday, soyons fous 😃
Vous avez un petit indice sur cette première photo avec les fabuleuses montagnes en arrière-plan qui laissent présager un dimanche dans un somptueux environnement naturel,
et les deux verres de vin blanc, annonciateurs d'un moment gourmand et carrément décontracté...😉
No, you're not dreaming, this sublime view has accompanied us throughout our birthday meal ^_^
Because if we spent part of our afternoon at this wonderful table where we have delighted our taste buds as well as our eyes, it was to celebrate my birthday and that of MonChéri, because we were born the same day, the 1st October
October 1st is not today, I grant you, but we do not worry about this minor detail, the important thing was the superb weather, the perfect moment, and we were lucky to get a table at the Auberge de Montmin, because I can predict that shortly, it will be difficult to have a place there in such a short time ;-)
We had heard on the local radio, during a weekly report, about this establishment taken over by a talented young chef and his wife, report that put so much water in our mouths that MonChéri had decided to offer us the meal for this special event ^_^
Non, vous ne rêvez pas, cette vue sublime nous a accompagné durant tout notre repas d'anniversaire ^_^
Car si nous avons passé une partie de notre après-midi à cette table merveilleuse où nous avons aussi bien enchanté nos papilles que nos yeux, c'était pour fêter mon anniversaire et celui de MonChéri, car nous sommes nés le même jour, le 1er Octobre
Le 1er octobre ce n'est pas aujourd'hui, je vous l'accorde, mais nous ne nous préoccupons pas de ce détail mineur, l'important était le temps superbe, le moment parfait, et nous avons eu la chance d'obtenir une table à l'auberge de Montmin, car je peux prédire que sous peu, il sera difficile d'avoir une place dans de si courts délais ;-)
Nous avions entendu parler de cet établissement repris par un jeune chef talentueux et son épouse, à la radio locale, lors d'un reportage hebdomadaire, reportage qui nous avait tellement mis l'eau à la bouche que MonChéri avait décidé de nous offrir le repas pour cet évenement spécial ^_^

So those who know me a little know that I am more for a good beer, but there, a slightly fruity white wine was absolutely the right thing to savour 😉
Est-ce que des paysages aussi grandioses ne donnent pas envie de déboucher une bonne bouteille et de trinquer à la chance et le bonheur d'habiter la plus belle région du monde ..? 🍻
Alors ceux qui me connaissent savent que je suis plutôt pour une bonne bière, mais là, un vin blanc légèrement fruité s'imposait carrément 😉

Just know that at the Auberge de Montmin they mostly cook vegetables, and therefore the meat is rather an accompaniment to them. That's what Sandrine, our delightful hostess and chef's wife, said to me when I told her at the booking I was not eating meat ... and it is true that vegetables were very present and all more delicious than the next.
The menu is unique and varies according to the fresh market, the picking, or the desires of the chef,
everything is perfectly fresh and seasonal, local, and come also sometimes even from their garden ❤️
The moment is extremely friendly, with small saucepans to share, and the taste of the dishes was scrumptious from start to finish,
a meal of extreme delicacy and generosity that we will remember for a long time 🎂 🎊 💞

Sachez simplement qu'à l'Auberge de Montmin l'on cuisine surtout des légumes, et que la viande est plutôt un accompagnement à ceux-ci...
C'est ce que m'a affimé Sandrine, notre délicieuse hotesse et épouse du chef, lorsque je lui ai précisé à la réservation que je ne mangeais pas de viande...et il est vrai que les légumes étaient très présents et tous plus délicieux les uns que les autres.
Le menu est unique et varie selon le marché, la cueillette ou les envies du chef,
tout est parfaitement frais et de saison, local, voire même de leur jardin ❤️
Le moment est extrêmement convivial, avec des poelons à partager, et le goût de chaque plat était succulent de bout en bout,
une cuisine délicieuse et généreuse que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier ^_^ 🎂 🎊 💞*
