«Chest to floor!»
Today is my fourth day of 77 days of daily push-ups. I want to say that my muscles don’t hurt, but I still feel them – so the process is underway.
Let's talk today about another error in the amplitude of the movement during push-ups!
If yesterday I talked about the fact that some don’t straighten their arms (and Donald Trump showed us such an example), today I will show my mistake. With this error I still couldn't cope, I can't do one pushup, not allowing this error. But I hope I can do it right by day 77.
The error is that the amplitude of the movement is incomplete – the person doesn’t touch floor the with the chest. Between the floor and the chest remains distance.
As you can see, we made that mistake. The thing is that we just don’t have enough arm power to bring the movement to the end.
The greater the distance from the chest to the floor, the easier it is to do push-ups. But I am grateful to @nathanmars that he said us do only 7 push-ups (not 14, 70 or 77)), because I believe that it is better to do a minimum of exercise, but high quality.
Do you agree with me – in this case more important the quality of, not number of?
