I think of life like a video game and with ever victory, a more difficult level comes along. It sort of feels like you're caught in this unending cycle of torment that only gets harder as time goes on. The irony of it all, is that life is all we know how to do; the act of "lifing" is living and we do that every single day of our "lives".
When the game comes to an end, you take it out of the console and put in a box, never to be opened or transfered to someone else.
Sometimes you open the box to check on the game, to reminisce, to feel what you felt before but that's the thing, with every time you reminisce, you find that the feeling diminishes to a point where you feel nothing. That's life.
At the end of the day, it's about the feeling, the winning feeling. Knowing that before your game comes to an end, you finished it and absorbed every single fun from it. It's about a feeling, the winning feeling. Winning is winning.
