It has been a little while since I posted an activity report. I need to get back in the habit of doing so.
Thursday was a busy day at the office.
I am seeing quite a bit of sinus issues now that spring is trying to take hold.
I did have a decent activity day and got in my minimum activity.

Glad you got your activity in despite the busy schedule. I know all about sinus issues. Every time the weather switches around I get a sinus headache.

After I drink some water to get hydrated first,
I have my own remedy for my headaches to supplement the Tylenol.
I drink unsweetened cold brew coffee mixed with coca cola.
Works like a charm for me. Knocks that congestion down in a hurry.😆
I buy bottled cold brew to have it available.
