1.- Problem Statement
Today we live in a very significant technological age. Where you can practically do most things without having to leave your home, with just one click you can compare clothing, food, airline tickets, as well as the location of online jobs, bank transfers, insurance, group videos from around the world etc.
In view of all the uses that can be made on the Internet, it is possible to present an incomplete work or product or a poorly planned request for service and therefore both parties (employer-employee or company-client) are in dispute, and this type of case generally cannot be resolved in a traditional court, apart from the great costs that this type of situation can generate, which is why KLEROS arises as a technology of blockchain and juries in open and distributed collaboration to grant each case in a fast, safe and accessible way, and more economical than with the traditional system.
Kleros helps solve problems between the two parties, through a network of juries of different categories, through the use of intelligent contracts where the funds in question can be deposited in custody until the selected jurors submit a resolution. In turn, Kleros solves all kinds of problems, from the simplest to the most complex.

2.- Typical case
Alice is a recognized financier based in the USA. You need someone to run a program for your company, in which case Bob is hired by a young man based in Aruba with the Freelancer platform, both of whom agreed on the price and guidelines for the program.
In a couple of weeks Bob delivers the product, but the entrepreneur didn't like it, but Bob emphasizes that these were the guidelines set out above. Now how can Alice contact a lawyer when the counterpart is on the other side of the world?
Now imagine if the contract had a clause stating that, in the event of a dispute arising, it would be settled by Kleros Court.
Here both sides raise their issues. Bob replies to Alice, presses a button that says Send to Kleros and fills out a simple form explaining the situation.
Elsewhere on the globe is Chief, who is a software developer. In his spare time, on the bus to his home, he is checking the Kleros website for some arbitration, as he works there as well. He makes a few dollars a year for jury duty on disputes between freelancers and their software development clients.
This court requires skills in html, javascript and web design to resolve disputes between your clients and freelancers. Kleros has his token to select the jurors.
Subsequently, an email arrives to Chief saying he is selected to serve on a quality website. Download the evidence. They tell you that you have three days to file the decision. A similar email reaches Benito, a programmer from Cusco and in Romania to Alexandru, who also activated his token for the dispute. These juries were randomly selected from approximately 3.000 candidates. None of you know each other and you won't, but you'll help solve Bob and Alice's case.
After a few days, after the jury evaluated and voted, Bob and Alice receive an email saying that the jury ruled for Alice. The website that was delivered does not comply with the guidelines agreed to by the parties. A smart contract transferred the money to Alice. Finally the jurors are rewarded for their work and the case is closed.

3.- The Kleros project
3.1 Arbitrated Contracts
Kleros is an opt-in judicial system. It should be noted that opt-in is the authorization of an individual necessary to receive email communications from a particular company.
Intelligent contracts design a Kleros as its arbiter. When a dispute arises, the right thing to do is to choose a type of court that specializes in the subject matter. That is to say, if the contract has to do with insurance, an insurance court is chosen, and so on. In the following figure you can see how the user can choose the respective topics for his case.
3.1.1 Options for jury members
The contracts will detail the avenues available for the jurors to vote. In the example above, the options can be:
a) Reimburse Alice
b) Give Bob an extra week to finish the proposed job
c) Pay Bob
In turn, the intelligent contract will specify the behaviour of the contract after the judgment has been given, i.e:
a) Reimburse Alice = transfer the funds to Alice's address
b) Give Bob a week = he blocks new disputes for a week
c) Pay Bob = transfer the funds to Bob's ditch.
3.1.2.- Privacy or Security at Kleros
In order to more easily resolve disputes, both parties may be required to provide relevant information to jurors. Then privacy is required for the parties, both for the users and for the jurors.
Due to the different bribes, Kleros has a team capable of conducting cryptoeconomic experiments that ensure it is as safe as possible.
3.2 Tokens
The Kleros project works with the Pinakion PNK token. The selection of jurors takes into account who else Pinakion deposits, this will be considered for random selection.

Resource
3.3 The Team
Kleros has a multidisciplinary team to carry out this platform with efficiency and quality. People from different parts of the world gathered in the Kleros group.
3.3.1 The Advisors
3.3.2 The Partners

4.-Conclusion
In the face of any problem that you may have at the cyber level, among freelancers, insurance companies, social networks, travel, finance, etc., Kleros is a decentralized network developed to work with disputes that cannot be carried out in a traditional court, in turn is low cost compared to the traditional model.
Here the jurors issue their evaluations and then take the sentence. The parties will never meet in person at any time like the jurors. The symbol Kleros works with is Pikanion PNK
just as Bitcoin brought banking to the unbanked, Kleros has the potential to do justice to the unnoticed.
