Un cordial saludo a todas las personas que hacen parte de esta maravillosa cominidad, espero que todos se encuentres muy bien. Hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes una receta especial para preparar nuestras caraotas, las caraotas son algo muy delicioso, si las sabemos preparar, realmente es esencial acompañarlas con arroz y carne, o con algo que nos guste mucho, por eso quiero mostrarles el paso a paso de como preparo mis caraotas,empecemos:

A cordial greeting to all the people who are part of this wonderful community, I hope you are all very well. Today I want to share with all of you a special recipe to prepare our caraotas, the caraotas are something very delicious, if we know how to prepare them, it is really essential to accompany them with rice and meat, or with something that we really like, so I want to show you the step by step of how I prepare my caraotas,let's start:

Español:

-Ingredientes:
-1kl de Caraotas.
-1 Tomate.
-Medio pimentón.
-5 Ajíces dulces.
-100grs de perejil y cilantro, cebollín también.

English:

-Ingredients:
-1kl of Caraotas.
-1 Tomato.
-Half paprika.
-5 sweet chili peppers.
-100grs of parsley and cilantro, chives too.

Español:

-Paso 1: Lavamos muy bien nuestras caraotas, y después las colocamos en la olla de presión para que se ablanden más rápido. Procedemos a picar todos los aliños, el tomate, pimentón, ajices, cebolín, cilantro y perejil.

English:

-Step 1: Wash our beans very well, and then place them in the pressure cooker to soften them faster. We proceed to chop all the seasonings, tomato, paprika, chili peppers, onion, cilantro and parsley.

Español:

-Paso 2: Sofreímos todos los aliños ya picados, los sofreímos muy bien, luego de esto, esperamos a que las caraotas estén blandas y agregamos el aliño un poco antes de que las caraotas estén listas, y agregamos un toque de sal.

English:

-Step 2: We sauté all the seasonings already chopped, we sauté them very well, after this, we wait until the beans are soft and we add the seasoning a little before the beans are ready, and we add a touch of salt.
