It will be interesting to see how they even confirm if what he gives is accurate or complete! I imagine they will have one the chain analytic firms to audit and/or review them which could land him in trouble if he omits or lies.

The thing with bitcoin is it actually is easier to track someone as long as you can tie just one address to them. Its all track and there is a massive history log. Just follow the money or well in this case the bitcoin
Which is actually kind of a problem if you ask me...
I think fungibility is inevitable if BTC is truely to provide an alternative to our current Fiat system.
