Should Britain Cancel Brexit?

The border issue between Ireland and Northern Ireland was never a matter of discussion during the referendum on Brexit but it has since become a massive issue in Britain leaving Europe. So much so that the backstop agreement effectively leaves Britain without a vote yet remaining in the customs union (everything they had except now they don't have a say). It is now looking like a hard Brexit. What should Great Britain do now?

  • Yes Cancel. It is a disaster for Britain

  • No Continue to a hard brexit

  • Call another referendum

They can cancel it since the vote was to leave but I think if the did it again it would be a different outcome. They really don't have a clue what to do over there and it's turned the whole country into a joke.

Cancel it - or make other referendum.

At the first one, citizens didn't know what they was voting for. They was misled. They should vote again knowing better what the consequences are.

Voted for "Call another referendum"
But I know that the odds are against it and the brexit clock is ticking, so hard brexit will be the most realistic scenario in my opinion.

Voted for No Continue to a hard brexit.

I think it's bad for them short term but the right choice long term

Voted for No Continue to a hard brexit.

sir blanchy! I don't know enough about it but from what I do know I'd say hard brexit, but I would go with you, what do you say?

It’s a disaster for the UK and Ireland as we we their closest trading partners. No one ever thought about what would happen with borders between us and the north of Ireland . People just voted because they didn’t want refugees coming living there . But they are already there(since the 50s) most of them have British kids . It’s like closing the barn door after The horse has bolted . Shocking decision.

sir blanchy! thanks for filling in the missing understanding. No wonder it's so controversial! Were you surprised by the voting results on your post?
