I have been fascinated by Pitha recipes since I first read it here on hive last week. What I learned is that there are different ways to do it and there are different kinds but I still haven't fully understood what is it realky like. Where can I find one in the Philippines? Lol Which country specializes in making it? Maybe this is a kind of traditional food in some countries.
I see. You're welcome.
Wow! I have always been fascinated by traditional cooking. Using clay pot in steaming the pitha must have really its distinct, yummy flavor. And since this is made from rice, it must have that rich, fluffy favor and texture. Something I'd love to try someday.
