Today’s walk started like a scene from a sad movie—cold, grey, and eerily quiet. But I laced up anyway. Three 5km walks later, I covered 15km, took 20,000 steps, and racked up 750 METs (which I still need to properly understand).
The best part? The transformation. What started as a dull, overcast trek turned into a golden-hour masterpiece. The canal mirrored the sky’s mood swings, from somber reflections to brilliant blues and sunlit ripples.
Moral of the story? Show up, even when it’s not easy. No records broken today, but no regrets either. Sometimes, you just need to move forward, and the rewards come unexpectedly. #OneStepAtATime #WalkingForWellness #NatureHeals
