Ecency gets it right

A post by @vikisecrets reminded me once again: Hive is the core of this Blockchain, and Hive Power is even more important. Sure, HBD is getting plenty of attention lately thanks to its 15% APR - and that’s impressive for a stablecoin - but let’s not forget who we are. We’re not the HBD Blockchain. We are Hive. Hive is our token, and Hive Power represents the stake we hold in this ecosystem. It’s our influence. Our voice. Our voting power.

I’m not sure when exactly @ecency rolled out that update, but I noticed it last night and it perfectly reflects this mindset: Hive Power comes first.

I like hbd, it's stable, and I don't like much heavy fluctuations that crypto have... Ok a part of portfolio but not 100%

I like it too, don’t get me wrong but we are the Hive chain, not HBD chain. So Hive/HP should be primary. Price wouldn’t Fall that much if everybody would believe in Hive.

I bought 5K HP this past week. I do think it’s going lower but I sold 20K in Jan this year above .45 when we pumped to .68 so I figure I’m just buying some of that back for 75% less. I know we’ll go lower but I
