The thing that makes him not a time traveller is he doesn't understand time.
But maybe time travel doesn't require that.
The future is not set, even if you just came from said future.
And, there are a great many things happening that a time traveller would be talking about rather than cryptos.
His number one point would be "Get out of cities"
"Move out of the (about to be) frozen north"
Prepare for the plague of the century, and all of its ramifications.
Prepare for the break up of nations.
But then again... if you talked about Corona before this year, you would have people just telling you that you're dumb.
