Hi fellow Wizard,

No, the mass of population has no clue of this subject. And if you try to talk to them about it you end-up very quickly in the weirdo/tinfoil hat/conspiracy theory box in there little mind.

As to the solutions:

• The best solution would be to get rid of the threat, and by threat I mean the beings in control of these weapons. (but the requirements for this solution are high, and not available for now)

• The the second best solution is to target the weapons themselves, the one that are ground base (Starlink and coo kind of screw us because it's out of reach…)
  For what I understand, EMP could be a solution for destroying these weapons. And it seems like small EMP are rather easy to do.
  So in theory if you get close enough of a cell tower and light up an homemade EMP device, it would brick it. (it will brick anything electronic so to use with care, pacemaker an such…)

For protection:

• I've build a small faraday box to put phones inside, it ended-up by being much harder than I anticipate because the wavelength are shorts so even a small hole in you metal coating enable the signal to go through.
• But as you said the obvious best and simplest solution is running. (Except if you've been injected, then your tagged and your done sorry.)
