The entrance fee to the observatory is 50 pesos (~1 USD). To go lineup to cloud9 or quicksilver (two main surfspots), you’d better using this observatory and save your energy paddling.
전망대를 기준으로 왼쪽이 퀵실버 오른쪽이 클라우드나인 둘다 재밌는 포인트이나 롱보드는 좀 무리일수 있음. 실제 이곳을 방문하는 사람들은 서퍼보다는 일반 여행객들이 많다능
