Amigos, hoy estoy muy feliz pues preparé mi plato favorito: la lasagna. Aunque en Venezuela le decimos Pasticho a nuestra versión de la lasagna a la que le agregamos jamón de pierna de cerdo.

Friends, today I am very happy because I prepared my favorite dish: lasagna. Although in Venezuela we say Pasticho to our version of lasagna to which we add pork leg ham.

Para preparar esta delicia se necesitan: una salsa bolognesa deliciosa, salsa bechamel, pasta para lasagna y queso.

To prepare this delicacy you will need: a delicious bolognese sauce, bechamel sauce, lasagna pasta and cheese.

Para hacer la salsa bolognesa solo agrego carne molida a una salsa de tomate casera cuya receta ya se las compartí anteriormente, se las dejo aquí

Generalmente las pastas de lasagna se pueden usar directo al horno, pero a mí me gusta cocinarlas unos minutitos, siento que queda mejor la lasagna, no queda tan seca.

Generally, lasagna pasta can be used directly in the oven, but I like to cook it for a few minutes, I feel that the lasagna is better, it is not so dry.

Una vez listas las salsas y cocinada la pasta, se procede a armar la lasagna, en un molde rectangular previamente engrasado con aceite, se coloca una capa de pasta y luego una capa de salsa bolognesa.

Once the sauces are ready and the pasta is cooked, the lasagna is assembled, in a rectangular mold previously greased with oil, a layer of pasta is placed and then a layer of bolognese sauce.

Seguidamente agrego la salsa bechamel y queso y así repito este proceso, hasta lograr 4 o 5 capas.

Next I add the béchamel sauce and cheese and so I repeat this process, until I achieve 4 or 5 layers.

Al terminar todas las capas, me gusta hacer una capa bien gruesa de salsa bechamel y luego colocarle suficiente queso mozzarella para que se derrita al momento de hornearlo.

When I finish all the layers, I like to make a very thick layer of bechamel sauce and then put enough mozzarella cheese on it so that it melts when it is baked.

Hornear por 40-60 minutos a 180ºC.

Bake for 40-60 minutes at 180ºC.

Finalmente llega la hora disfrutar de esta exquisitez. Un pancito para acompañar va perfecto.
